Congratulation Paul Moran, Lake Wylie 2019-20 Rotarian of the Year! Paul has been tireless in his 17 years of contributions to Rotary. He is Past President of the Bloomsburg Rotary Club in Pennsylvania and Paul Harris Foundation+4 contributor. Paul currently serves as Treasurer of the Lake Wylie Rotary Club.
